Setting up the PerfectServe Clinician app on your Android

PerfectServe Clinician gives doctors another way—in addition to Web and speech-enabled voice interfaces—to access PerfectServe’s advanced clinical communications platform. This article explains how to download and set up the PerfectServe Clinician on your Android.

NOTE: You must have an active Version 5 account to use PerfectServe Clinician. Please call
1-877-844-7727 if you have questions regarding your account or setting up PerfectServe Clinician on your Android.

Visit https://market.android.com/details?id=net.PerfectServe.Clinician or tap "Market" on your Android and search for "PerfectServe." Then, click on "PerfectServe Clinician" to take you to the app information screen.

Tap on “PerfectServe Clinician” and then tap on the "FREE" button. Then, tap “OK” to accept the permissions.

After the app is downloaded, launch the app from the notifications bar, or go to your “Apps” window.

Enter your PerfectServe username and password. Your username and password was mailed to you in your go-live kit when you began using PerfectServe, or you can call our Help Center at 1-877-844-7727 to obtain your username and password. Be sure that "Save Password" is set to "ON" so that you won't have to sign in every time you launch the app. Tap "Sign In."

The PerfectServe Clinician app should be loaded on your Android, and you will be directed to the home screen to begin using the app.
